Revised Terms will apply from the effective date stated on this page. Changes will not retrospectively alter orders already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

Order & Payment

Placing an Order

You may place an order by completing the checkout process on the RHYTHM website. Please ensure that all order details, including your selected products, quantities, delivery address and contact information, are accurate before submitting your order.

Once an order has been submitted to our fulfilment team, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable law.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.

An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order. Please retain your order number for any correspondence with our team.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes.

Where multiple currencies are available, the applicable currency will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Your final order total, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees and other charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or exchange rates if your payment is made in a different currency from your account.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

If a pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. If payment has already been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

Payment Methods and Security

Payments are processed securely through our appointed third party payment service providers. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported payment methods.

RHYTHM does not directly collect or store your payment card details through its own systems. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its security practices and applicable privacy requirements.

By completing checkout, you authorise payment for the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes, shipping fees and other disclosed charges.

If your payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified, your order may not be processed until payment has been completed successfully.

Return, Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

At RHYTHM, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect products, and our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

1. Returns for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess your request, please provide:

The name of the affected product.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photographs or other supporting evidence, where applicable.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident when trying RHYTHM for the first time. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows eligible first-time customers to request a refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

The Money-Back Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

First-time purchase only: The guarantee applies exclusively to a customer's first one-time purchase order from RHYTHM.
Eligible purchases: Both individual products and complete RHYTHM protocols purchased as one-time orders qualify.
Request deadline: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Proof of purchase: Your order number and proof of purchase are required.
Reason for request: Please provide the product name or protocol purchased and a explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Subscription purchases, recurring payments, subscription renewals and subsequent subscription plan changes are excluded from this guarantee.

The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer and cannot be reused for subsequent purchases.

Product Use and Return Conditions

Customers may open and try the products included in their eligible first-time one-time purchase, whether purchased individually or as part of a complete RHYTHM protocol.

Complete protocol purchases: Customers may open and try all products included in the protocol.

If a refund request is approved, customers must return the products covered by the approved request, including any remaining product contents and original packaging where applicable, in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request against the eligibility requirements and contact you regarding the outcome.

Refund Conditions

Approved refunds cover the eligible product or protocol purchase price, as applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for Money-Back Guarantee claims.
Returned products must comply with the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.

3. Exclusions
